We are delighted to announce that the new Harvey’s Brasserie officially opens on Monday 17th May 2021, offering quality homemade food created from locally sourced fresh produce.

The team at Harvey’s Brasserie will be on hand to look after all your needs off the course, with comprehensive menus to cater for all appetites.

Our catering team will prepare everything from light bites to 2 course A La Carte meals offering superb value for money.

Introducing the Chefs

Paul and Anna Harvey come with over 50 years experience in the Catering Trade:

Paul Harvey is a chef with over 40 years’ experience in professional kitchens and over 11 years’ experience in running a catering company. He has a City and Guilds Professional Cookery degree and was trained in classic kitchens around Europe. Paul has been awarded 3 AA Rosette and six 2 AA Rosettes. He has also competed in the Top 200 Chefs in the UK on two occasions.

Anna Harvey has a background in art and holds a Master Degree in Graphic Arts and Teaching. She started her catering journey as a kitchen assistant when she first arrived in the UK in 2005. Anna found the industry fascinating and started training as a Pastry Chef using her artistic skills to create high quality bakes and desserts, but is also more than capable in cooking.
